🛡️ 3. Counter-Notification Procedure

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by submitting the following:

1. Your physical or electronic signature.
2. Identification of the material that was removed, and where it appeared before removal.
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
4. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your jurisdiction (or Los Angeles County, CA if outside the U.S.), and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

🚫 4. Repeat Infringers

Accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers may be terminated at our discretion, especially if prior warnings were ignored. “Repeat” may mean two or more substantiated violations, depending on severity.
