If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification by submitting the following:

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification.
  4. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court in your jurisdiction (or Los Angeles County, CA if outside the U.S.), and will accept service of process from the original complainant.

Accounts of users who are found to be repeat copyright infringers may be terminated at our discretion, especially if prior warnings were ignored. โ€œRepeatโ€ may mean two or more substantiated violations, depending on severity.

  • We do not moderate private messages unless reported or flagged. However, all public, hidden, and VIP section content is subject to DMCA enforcement.
